Home rental rates in Hungary rose 10.3% year-on-year in June, data compiled by the Central Statistical Office (KSH) from listings site Ingatlan.com show.
Rental rates in the capital increased 9.9%.
In a month-on-month comparison, home rental rates edged up 1.9% for the whole country and climbed 1.6% in Budapest.
