The Latin America Regional Committee of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) held a hybrid business event on 7 October 2026 to introduce Hungarian companies to opportunities in Latin American markets. The programme provided practical information on the region’s business environment and market entry requirements.
Tamás Gyenese, Chair of the Committee, opened the event. Pál Varga Koritár, retired ambassador and Secretary General of the Latin American–Hungarian Business Association, then delivered a presentation on the challenges facing the region in the 21st century.
Dániel Széles, representing Kuube, a manufacturer of premium solar-powered smart furniture, shared the company’s experience of entering Latin American markets. His presentation offered a Hungarian hardware manufacturer’s perspective on expanding into the region, complementing the broader discussion with practical business insights.
The presentations were followed by a question-and-answer session. A coffee break and networking concluded the programme, giving participants an opportunity to continue discussions and build business connections.
