Former MEP Benedek Jávor has published the 12-page presentation Hungary’s Ministry for Innovation and Technology showed last December in Brussels as a draft showing the allocation of EU funds Budapest plans for specific areas in the 2021-2027 programming period. We need to stress that these are not the cabinet’s final plans and should be considered only as an indication of the ideas floating around, and the tool of a kind of feeling out process to see what the European Commission thinks of these goals.
